It’s currently and finalllyyyy getting cold in Dallas. [It’s about time!] One of my favorite past times is cuddling up with a hot bowl of soup or chowder. This Creole Shrimp Étouffée is one of my faves and it’s super easy to make. I put the recipe on my Snapchat and Instagram a while ago, but wanted to include it on the blog as well! Make this for lunch or dinner and eat on it for a few days. The flavor builds the longer it sits, which makes for a yummy and hearty meal.
