Chef Gabrielle McBay is the owner and Executive Chef of Ellements Cuisine and Pastry Concepts. Gabrielle started a national award winning pastry company, Crumbs by Elle, at the age of 14 and went on to be featured in Black Enterprise Magazine, Forbes Magazine, ABC Family, and the New York Times. Proving to be a success, Gabrielle is now a millennial food artist, using the kitchen as her palette as she creates aesthetically pleasing and mouthwatering dishes.

All menus are curated to tailor the client’s desires for their special day. Our team strives to leave a memorable impression on every client by being accessible from the initial stages of planning to completion of the event. And while the food is the most important part, we also focus on the details, styling, production, and decor in order to leave your guests floored by their dining experience.
