Chef Gabrielle McBay offers handcrafted hors d’oeuvres, gourmet appetizers, entrees, and desserts for special events ranging from a dinner for 10 or a wedding for 250.  All menus are curated to tailor the client’s  desires for their special day. Our team strives to leave a memorable impression on every client by being accessible from the initial stages of planning to completion of the event. And while the food is the most important part, we also focus on the details, styling, production, and decor in order to leave your guests floored by their dining experience.

COOKING CLASSES

Hosting a cooking class is an innovative way to bring together good friends and family, entertain coworkers for a team building activity, or to share with a date. Cooking parties are available for groups up to 30 and include:

  • Individual Menu Planning using seasonal and always the freshest ingredients.
  • Shopping for the ingredients the day of the event.
  • All the necessary equipment – pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Clean up of your kitchen.
  • Recipes upon request.
