I’m a private chef from Dallas, Texas that’s obsessed with cooking, traveling, and eating. My favorite things include salted butter, singing, candles, and my chihuahua, Jet. Now don’t get me wrong-I’m the queen of comfortable. But I also love to dress up and put on a heel from time to time, honey. It’s good for the soul.
So…my story in short: I’m a professional chef, recipe developer, and food stylist all in one. Years ago, I started a pastry company [Crumbs by Elle] that led me to be featured in Forbes Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, The New York Times, and a TV Show on ABC Family. I studied Food Management at Texas Christian University [TCU–go Frogs!] This allowed me to really get into the science and background behind food. I’ve worked in kitchens as an Assistant and Executive Pastry Chef, and also in Front of House restaurant management. Now, as the owner of Ellements Cuisine and Pastry Concepts, I offer catering and private chef services for individual clients, special occasions, and intimate edible moments.
