Hi. I’m Gabrielle McBay. Nice to Meet You.
Story in short-I’m a private chef, recipe developer, and food stylist from Dallas, Texas that’s obsessed with cooking, traveling, and eating. My favorite things include salted butter, good music, candles, and my chihuahua, Jet. I’m the queen of chic, comfortable attire. BUT I also love to dress up and put on a heel from time to time, honey. It’s good for the Beyonce in me.
Years ago, I started a pastry company [Crumbs by Elle] that led me to be featured in Forbes Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine,The New York Times, and a TV Show on ABC Family. I studied Food Management at Texas Christian University [TCU–go Frogs!] This allowed me to really get into the science and background behind food. I’ve worked in kitchens as an Assistant and Executive Pastry Chef, and also in Front of House restaurant management. Now, as the owner of Ellements Cuisine and Pastry Concepts, I offer catering and private chef services for individual clients, special occasions, and intimate edible moments.
